Avinash started his acting career in 1986 by playing the role of Vishal Saxena in the Bollywood film âPyar Ho Gaya.â
He also acted in many Bollywood films that were shelved due to unknown reasons like âPal Pal Dil Ke Passâ (1992), âDil Mera Wapas De Deâ (1992), âAag Ke Sitareâ (1996), âHinsa Pathâ (1996), âKrantikaalâ (1996), âDil Diya Ek Baarâ (1996), and âTension Mat Le Yaarâ (2012).
