Ashvini Yardi is a well-known producer of Bollywood films who has worked with several superstars of Bollywood, like Akshay Kumar , Sanjay Dutt , Salman Khan , etc. She started her journey from the television industry where she used to produce serials.

Ashvini had worked in the television industry for almost 20 years before she decided to try her luck in the Indian film industry. She started working in Zee TV in 1999 where she worked on shows like Saat Phere, Teen Bahuraaniyaan, Banoo Mein Teri Dulhann, Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyan, and several other daily soaps.

She was also responsible for the conceptualization of reality shows like Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge, and Lil Champs.
Ashvini then moved to the newly launched channel Colors where she worked on shows like Uttaran, Balika Vadhu, Bigg Boss, Khatron Ke Khiladi, and several others. These shows helped Colors to take the number one spot among the entertainment channels in India.

In 2011, she worked with actor Akshay Kumar and formed Grazing Goat Pictures, an Indian film and television production house. The first film from the production house was OMG-Oh My God! (2012). This movie was banned in the UAE and Malaysia because of the controversial story-line of the movie.
In 2015, Ashvini decided to start her independent production house while still working with Grazing Goat Pictures. She started her production house, ViniYard Films, and she even represents several artists like Kiara Advani , Amy Jackson , and others to help them get roles in movies or gives them roles in the in-house production projects.

Ashvini is an animal lover, and she has a German Shepherd dog, Rocco. She also loves travelling to new countries and places.
