Aparna Das spent her childhood in Nemmara, and later, her family shifted to Muscat, Oman.
She appeared in various magazines while modelling for various business establishments during and after her student days.
She pursued a Master of Business Application programme while employed in an organisation’s accounts and logistics department in Muscat.
She used to create TikTok videos which came to the notice of renowned Malayalam film director and screenwriter, Sathyan Anthikad, who cast her in the film Njan Prakashan (2018).
