Anushka Shetty is best known for playing the role of Princess Devasena in the pan-India film series Baahubali (2015–2017). She received critical acclamation for her performances in the Tamil drama films Vaanam (2011), Deiva Thirumagal (2011) and Size Zero (2015). She is also known for playing the lead roles in the Telugu films Arundhati (2009), Vedam (2010), and Rudhramadevi (2015).
During her school days, she had a great interest in Geography subject.
She started her career as a yoga trainer after receiving training from Bharat Thakur, actress Bhoomika Chawla’s husband.
