Some Lesser Known Facts About Ankush Sayal
Ankush Sayal was born into a family with a real estate background. His father, Sushil Kumar Sayal, is a distinguished realtor with more than 35+ years of experience. He has also written many books about property markets in India.
From a young age, he wanted to pursue a career as a realtor.
After completing his civil engineering studies in Florida, USA, he worked many jobs with different real estate firms in India.

From December 2011 to January 2012, he worked as a trainee at Arcopr Architecture Inc.
He worked as a quality assurance engineer at Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) India from May 2012 to July 2012.
Ankush Sayal when he was new in the real estate industry
Between May 2013 and May 2015, Ankush Sayal was the CEO of Alpha Realty Development Private Limited in Gurugram. He worked extensively on boutique real estate developments.
In June 2013, he became the honorary secretary of The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) HR (NCR). He remained in the position till September 2016.
In January 2016, he co-founded Insinew Ventures.
He served as the Director of Business Development of JLL India from October 2016 to February 2019.
Ankush Sayal took over as the Managing Director & CEO of Real Land Advisory in February 2019. They extensively work in the boutique advisory services in the real estate sector.

He revealed in an interview that he once bought a car at the young age of 20s, which was expensive for him at that time.
In 2024, he participated in the reality show ‘Million Dollar Listing India’ TV show. The show aired on SonyLIV.
