| Controversy | Beaten by ex-boyfriend: In 2023, Anicka Vikramman filed a case against her ex-boyfriend, accusing him of mentally and physically torturing her. She shared an Instagram post on 6 March 2023, revealing the whole matter. According to her Instagram post, she was in a relationship with a man named Anoop Pillai, who tortured and beat her several times.The actress filed a complaint against him when he hit her for the second time, but he cleverly shut the mouth of the cops by giving them bribes. She further said that she tried to break her links with Anoop, but he was not ready to leave her and they become friends post their breakup. He hacked her WhatsApp account and used to send her threatening messages. In February 2023, he attacked her by locking her in a room and beat her cruelly. However, Anicka Vikramman, managed to escape from him and locked herself in bathroom to save her life. She said that Anoop hit on her face so that she couldnât pursue a career in acting. At the end of the Instagram post, she wrote that itâs been a month and she has almost recovered her injuries and will soon resume her acting career.  |

Anicka Vikramman is an Indian actress and model. She is known for her work in Tamil and Telugu films.
She began her career in the showbiz industry as a model while pursuing her bachelorâs degree.
In an interview, she revealed how she got the offer of her first film. She said that she started modelling as a hobby and did photoshoots for a few advertisements. Eventually, she was selected for the lead role in the film âJasmine.â She said,
I was doing modelling, mostly as a hobby, and did a few ad shoots. Jehansaai sir, the director of Jasmine, had seen my still, and felt Iâd be right for his film. Since it was a solo lead, I thought Iâd give it a try.â

After making her acting debut with the Tamil film âJasmineâ (2019), she appeared in a few more Tamil films including âEnga Pattan Sothu (EPS)â (2021) and âIkkâ (2021).
