Gill had a deep interest in acting right from his childhood. He often used to stand in front of the mirror and enact scenes from the movies in his childhood.
Amrinder was a part of his college’s Bhangra team and also performed as a supporting artist with Sarbjit Cheema.
It was during one of Sarbjit’s Dance group performance that the show got cancelled but producers gave Amrinder a chance to sing.
Before starting his career in singing, he has also worked in the Ferozepur Central Cooperative bank as a Manager.
He made his acting debut with the super hit Punjabi Film “Munde UK De” in 2009 alongside Jimmy Shergill and Neeru Bajwa . He has also worked as a lead hero in Priyanka Chopra ‘s Punjabi production movie Sarvann (2016).
Amarinder’s music album “Juda” was one of the most successful Punjabi albums of all the times. It also won him the Brit Asia Music Award for ‘Best Album.’
Some of his famous films include “Goreyan Nu Daffa Karo,” “Angrej,” “Love Punjab,” “Sarvann,” and “Lahoriye.”
