Amit is an Indian entrepreneur and YouTuber.
He did his schooling at St. Marks Senior Secondary Public School, Janak Puri, Delhi.

He got his first freelancing gig at the age of 22, wherein he worked on a Python programming project.
Right now, through his platforms, he publishes videos and content on programming and web development. His videos have got more than 4 crore (40 million) views on YouTube (as of October 2023). The subscribers on his YouTube Channel “Amit Thinks” (as of October 2023) are 1,48,000 (148k). Impressions have touched 225 million.
His channel’s best month was September 2023, with over 2 million monthly views.

Till now, he has written/published more than 70,000 videos, articles, posts, codes, and blogs, on E-Learning for students, engineers, and professionals. His programming courses have more than 50,000 enrolments on top EdTechs, including, Udemy, Packt, O’Reilly, Tutorialspoint, Simplilearn, GeeksforGeeks, SkillShare, Reed, SkillSuccess, etc.
In 2012, Amit completed his MCA. After completing his MCA, he was hired by Accenture. His hiring was delayed by three months. He secured a job at IIT, Delhi, while he was still working on his freelance assignments and waiting to join Accenture. He made the decision to decline a job offer from Accenture as a software engineer in order to concentrate on his current position and freelance work in the hopes of one day founding his own IT company.
From 2012-2015, Amit did three government jobs at IIT Delhi, Pusa, and University of Delhi. He worked as a Research Associate for Pusa and a System Analyst for the University of Delhi.

In 2016, he worked for C# Corner as a Technical Manager. After that, he started working as a Technical Content Manager for a private company called C# Corner in Noida. He received the MVP (Most Valuable Professional Award) while employed with C# Corner.

After leaving his job, he was interested in doing his own work and, therefore took some freelancing corporate training projects for Tutorialspoint and Sitepoint.
