Amey Wagh is an Indian actor, comedian, and theatre performer, who has acted in numerous films and series produced by Marathi and Hindi entertainment and film industries. He is known for acting in web series like Sacred Games 2 (2019), Asur: Welcome to Your Dark Side (2020), and Asur 2: The Rise of the Dark Side (2023).
During an interview, he revealed that he, as a child, used to live in a joint family of 65 people.

Amey’s interest in acting arose when he was in school.
While pursuing graduation at BMCC, Amey represented his college at numerous acting and theatre competitions, including the Purshottam Karandak, and won.
Initially, he worked as a theatre artist and did numerous Marathi and English plays like Amar Photo Studio (in the dual role of an old Photographer and V. Shantaram), Bombed as Yogi, Cycle as a sixty-year-old man, Dalan, Geli Ekvees Warsha, The Government Inspector, Katyar Kaljat Ghusali, Natasamrat (old), and Never Mind. He is also a member of the Maharashtra-based theatre group named Natak Company.

In 2008, he landed the role of Sanjay Kamble in the Marathi film Joshi Ki Kamble. He acted in another Marathi film Aaicha Gondhal in the same year.
According to several sources, Amey faced rejection by the producers of the Hindi film 3 Idiots after he auditioned for the role of Chatur in 2009.
He essayed the role of Raghu in the 2013 Marathi film Popat.
In a 2015 Marathi serial titled Dil Dosti Duniyadari, Wagh appeared as a character named Kaivalya Karkhanis.
