Alhena ADS is an Indian dancer who is associated with the ADS Crew Ooty, a dance academy run by her mother. She is the sister of the Indian dancer Aishu ADS .
She was inclined towards dance since childhood.

Alhena began her career as a dancer when she was just 6 years old.
As a part of the ADS Crew Ooty, Alhena has participated in various dance shows and competitions. She conducts dance workshops for her age group kids at ADS Crew Ooty dance academy.

In 2016, Alhena, along with Shajid, participated in season 9 of the Tamil reality TV dance show Jodi No. 1 and reached the finals of the show. The show was aired on Star Vijay.

A year later, she represented ADs Kids in Vijay TV’s Tamil reality TV dance show Kings of Dance and emerged as a winner.

In 2019, Alhena participated in the Indian Hip Hop Championship. Her team won a bronze medal in the championship. She, along with her team then represented India at the World Hip-hop International Championship.

She also participated in Colors Tamil reality TV dance show Dance VS Dance Season 2 along with her sister Aishu ADS in 2021. They got eliminated from the show in the semi-final round.
