Some Lesser Known Facts About Alekha Advani
Alekha Advani is an Indian entrepreneur and model. She is the founder of a Mumbai-based wellness community named Way Well. In 2023, she came to the limelight when her boyfriend Aadar Jain posted a picture with her on Instagram, confirming their relationship.
She was born and brought up in Mumbai, where she completed her schooling.
After completing her formal education, she applied for graduation in the USA and took admission to a university in Michigan. She studied there for a year but later exchanged her college to Cornell University because she wanted to study in the best University for hotel management.
In an interview, she said that she was interested in management since she was a youngster because she liked serving people. She used to remain receptive to new learning and experiences. She used to explore spirituality and organize music and dance lessons at home. Additionally, she conducted workshops with friends on making candles and soap.
While she was pursuing her graduation, she was part of various college groups including dance, entrepreneurship, and event groups.
During her first year of graduation in 2011, she worked as a sales and marketing intern at Grand Hyatt Mumbai.
In 2012, she did an internship with Centrum Wealth Management and ToniQ, where she worked as a Financial Analyst Intern and Business Manager Intern.
In 2014, she joined Westin Hotels & Resorts in the Greater San Diego Area as a front desk agent.
She became a worldwide sales & business development intern at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Chicago in 2015.
In 2016, she started working as a consultant at Deloitte, Greater Los Angeles Area and worked there till 2018.
In 2018, she worked as a member services manager at Soho House & Co. She left the company in 2021.
She founded Way Well in 2022. The company works on conceptualising and executing wellness events, retreats, workshops and wellness sessions. In an interview, she talked about her company and said,
As the founder of Way Well, my goal is to make health and well-being a priority in people’s lives through our unique wellness solutions. My company is dedicated to educating individuals, brands, corporations and communities about the vast array of wellness options there is, while guiding them to find the perfect fit for their needs. At Way Well, we believe in a holistic approach to wellness, encompassing both physical health and mental and spiritual well-being.”
Apart from this, she models for various clothing and jewellery brands.

On 13 November 2023, Aadar Jain posted a picture with Alekha on Instagram where they were seen holding each other’s hands. In the caption, he wrote, “Light of my life.” Before that, they were also seen together holding hands at Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan ‘s Diwali party. After their video from the party went viral, another image surfaced on the internet where Alekha was seen with Aadar and Tara Sutaria , his ex-girlfriend. Alekha had captioned the image ‘Always the third wheel.’ Her boyfriend, Aadar started dating Tara Sutaria in 2020 but broke up in 2023.

She is a keen traveller and often posts pictures of her trips from destinations including New York, the United Kingdom, Thailand, and South Africa.

In an interview, she talked about her fashion styling and said,
My personal style is a combination of boho-chic and comfortable athleisure, characterised by a fresh and easy-going aesthetic. I gravitate towards simple colours that are not too bold and prefer clothing that’s both stylish and functional. I love upcycling my mom’s clothes from the 80s that fit perfectly. I also have a couple of my grandmother’s faux fur from the 50s, which I kept intact and use during winter weddings.”
She is often spotted drinking on various occasions.
