Akashlina Chandra is an Indian social media influencer, makeup artist, businesswoman, and model. She gained recognition in November 2022 when she appeared in the 14th season of Splitsvilla, an MTV reality TV show.
Akashlina Chandra began her career as a social media influencer with TikTok, where she had more than 10k followers. On TikTok, she posted videos on fashion and beauty tips. She lost her following in June 2020 after the Government of India banned the application following a brawl between Indian and Chinese troops in Galwan valley.
After TikTok was banned, Akashlina Chandra began posting videos on Instagram. As of November 2022, she has more than 51.4k followers.
She also has a YouTube channel named Akashlina Chandra, which has more than 687 subscribers as of November 2022.
She founded an eponymous cosmetics brand, Akashlina Cosmetics, in July 2021. According to Akashlina, she wanted to establish her business in 2020; however, she could not start the business due to the COVID-19 lockdown.
