Ajith lost his father when he was just 8 months old. His father was considered one of the first underworld don in Bangalore.
Ajith Jayaraj’s mother was very young when she got married to MP Jayraj. When he died, she was in a state of shock, she wanted to protect Ajith from the underworld and keep him away from it. Therefore, Ajith decided to choose acting as his career.
He played the role of Bhagat Singh in the movie Kranthiveera. To prepare for the role he watched all the 8 movies of Bhagat Singh made in Bollywood and also read books based on Bhagat Singh’s life.
