In an interview, she mentioned that she had been in a relationship with Cezanne Khan for a few years before they got married on 19 March 2015. To back up her statements, she provided evidence such as their marriage certificate and pictures of their court marriage.

On 20 May 2016, Aisha Pirani started working as a fragrance business manager at Dillard’s department store located in Arbor Place Mall in Douglasville, Georgia.
In 2021, Aisha Pirani came forward in the media to disclose her marriage to Cezanne Khan after learning that he was planning to marry someone else in Mumbai. However, when Cezanne was questioned about it, he denied being married to Aisha and referred to her as an obsessed fan. He claimed that discussing individuals like her was unimportant and stated that she used him to seek attention and publicity. According to Cezanne, he knew Aisha because she was the sister of his cousin’s wife from Karachi, but he had no knowledge of any marriage certificate. He also accused Aisha of distorting and changing information.
Upset by Cezanne’s statements and rumours of him dating an Indian girl named Afsheen Khan , Aisha filed a complaint against him in India in 2023.

In her complaint, Aisha alleged that her husband had physically harmed her and demanded money from her. During an interview, she expressed her desire to legally end her marriage according to Islamic laws. She accused Khan of deceiving her and using her to obtain a Green Card, as well as taking all her money. Aisha explained that from 2013 to 2016, she worked while Khan stayed at home and relied on her financially. She revealed that he used her credit card to pay for his expenses. Despite his spending habits and disrespectful behaviour towards her in front of their children, she chose to overlook these issues.
In an interview, she shared that when she visited Mumbai in 2016, Khan refused to let her enter her own home, giving various excuses for not meeting her. This raised her suspicions, and she learned from Khan’s friends that he was deceiving her. Aisha also disclosed that he physically abused her and confined her to a room so he could communicate with other girls over Skype. Khan informed her that his mother wanted him to marry a younger woman, even though they were both 50 years old. As a result, he kept their marriage a secret and tricked her into signing divorce papers without her knowledge. However, according to Islamic law, she was still considered married. Aisha sought to recover the money she had spent on him and receive compensation for the hardships she endured because of him. She also requested a legal divorce, known as “khulanama,” according to Islamic law.
Aisha further revealed that Khan was involved in fraudulent activities and possessed two fake birth certificates. She claimed that her demand from him was only Rs 8 lakh, but in reality, she had spent much more than that. She also mentioned that Khan had a friend who was engaged in a similar fraudulent scheme. Aisha’s lawyer filed a complaint against Cezanne at the Versova police station, accusing him of defaming a woman, domestic violence, and financial fraudulence.
