Some Lesser Known Facts About Aditi Ashok
Aditi Ashok is an Indian golfer. She was ranked 4th in the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics.
At the age of 5, she once went to the Karnataka Golf Association for lunch with her family. There she saw a few girls and boys playing golf. From there, she started developing an interest in golf.
Her father then decided to enroll her in the Karnataka Golf Association driving range. She started her initial training in golf there.
At the age of 12, she participated in the Asia Pacific Invitation tournament.
From 2012 to 2014, she participated in the National Junior Championship.
She became the only Indian Indian golfer to participate in the Asian Youth Games 2013, Youth Olympics 2014, and Asian Games 2014 in 2013. check sources India Today

On 1 January 2016, after winning the Ladies British Amateur Stroke Play Championship, she turned pro.
She attended IMG Academy, a sports academy in Florida, US on a scholarship basis in 2012.
On 1 January 2017, Aditi became a full member of the Ladies Professional Golf Association.
She then participated in many national and international tournaments such as the Hero Women’s Indian Open (2016), Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro (2016), Summer Olympics (2020), and Asian Games (2023).
She was ranked 41st in the Summer Olympics, held in Rio de Janeiro in 2016.
In 2021, she was ranked 200th in the 2020 Summer Olympics under the women’s individual stroke play event category.
She is trained under various coaches including Bamby Randhawa (Former Coach), Tarun Sardesai (Former Coach), Nicolas Cabaret (Fitness), and Steven Giuliano (Golf).
She is a dog lover and has a pet dog named Bailey.
