Abhishek Jayadeep liked studying while growing up, particularly in the field of computers.
In October 2019, he got a job at Mitsogo Technologies, Kochi while studying in the final year of his college.

In 2020, he discovered his sexuality; however, he told his family and friends about this in 2023 after which some of his friends distanced themselves from him.
From January 2021 to September 2022, he worked at Infosys in Pune as a system engineer and was later promoted to senior system engineer.
In March 2023, he joined Tata Consultancy Services (TSC), Pune as a senior system engineer.

Jayadeep has participated in various gay pageants. He was crowned the first Mr Gay Kerala and emerged as runner-up in the Mr Gay World India 2023.

He made headlines in 2024 when he entered the Bigg Boss Malayalam season 6 as a wildcard contestant. Jayadeep said that his father was not supportive of his sexual orientation, and he wanted to change that through the show.

He got into a fight with another contestant Abhishek Sreekumar, known for his anti-LGBQT views. Sreekumar nominated Jayadeep and said that Jayadeep belonged to a community whose aim was to disturb families. Sreekumar reportedly made fun of Jayadeep’s middle name as well.
